To create an account, please go to the home page and register as a member. Whether using the standard registration process or registering using Facebook Connect, you will be asked to confirm your acceptance to these Terms.

3 PVinsight shall have the right to reject, cancel, interrupt, remove, or suspend any PVinsight Member or product at any time and for any or no reason. You are not eligible to use PVinsights site if we have temporarily suspended or previously terminated your access to the website and we have not expressly authorized you in writing to resume using Pvinsights.com.

PVinsights reserves the right to add, delete or modify the Websites, features, functionalities, and Materials of PVinsights at any time without notice to you.

You agree to pay all fees that you incur. Unless otherwise noted, all currency references are in INR. 10 Postings - Any postings on PVinsights and the uploading of any photos, pictures, videos, animations or other audio-visual material to PVinsights by any User are solely the views and opinion of the person posting and does not constitute any form of recommendation, representation, endorsement by us. We have no control over and are not responsible for the truth or accuracy of any content, its compliance with any legal or regulatory requirement or its quality or safety.

14.1. We are under no obligation to become involved in disputes between any Pvinsights Members, or between Users and any third party arising in connection with the use of solarindia.net. This includes, but is not limited to, the fulfillment of other commitments and services, and any other terms, conditions, warranties, or representations associated with other companies products on the solarindia.net. We do not monitor and are not liable to you for the performance or quality of products nor do we endorse them.

14.2. We will co-operate with any law enforcement authorities in any investigations arising out of your dispute with another Community Member.

18 Disputes and Jurisdiction - In case of any breach of terms or violation of the Agreement, you agree to notify solarindia.net. This Agreement contains the final and entire agreement between us regarding your use of the Services and supersedes all previous and contemporaneous oral or written agreements regarding your use of the Services. This Agreement and the resolution of any dispute arising hereunder shall be construed in accordance with the applicable Laws and Constitution the Republic of India and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Honourable Courts of Hyderabad, Telengana State only
